Our story

Built on
the field.

Collingwood Coyotes Flag Football was founded in the fall of 2025 and takes the field for its first full season in Fall 2026. Four divisions — U10, U12, U14 and U16 — each with four colour teams of about eight players.

No tryouts gatekeeping the fun. No experience required. Just lace up, grab a flag, and find your pack. Whether your kid is chasing a championship ring or just making new friends, there's a spot for them.

One weeknight, home in time for dinner: we play hard, we cheer even harder, and every kid takes home a medal.

Code

Everyone Plays

First-timer or returning all-star, U10 to U16 — if they want in, they're in. Small 8-player teams mean everyone gets real minutes.

Loud & Proud

The loudest sideline in the league. We celebrate every flag pull like it's the championship.

Community First

Win or lose, we leave the field better than we found it. Litter clean-ups, food drives, the works.

How we play

Rules

5v5

On the field

Five-a-side, non-contact. Flags replace tackles — pull the flag, end the play. No blocking, no diving.

2×20

Game length

Two twenty-minute halves on a running clock. Everyone on the roster plays every game — no benchwarmers.

U10–16

Age groups

Four age divisions — U10, U12, U14 and U16 — so kids play with their own age and skill level. Move up a group when you're ready.

The golden rule

Respect the refs, the other pack, and each other. We cheer good plays on both sides. Fun comes first.
